Exhaust Emmision Device

Machine Description: Exhaust Emission Measuring Device for Gasoline and Diesel Vehicles. Combined Type. 

1. Equipment included in the device: Gasoline probe, diesel probe, gasoline sample hose, diesel sample hose, filter, oxygen sensor, 1 cabinet, 1 pc.
2. Optional Parts: Printer, tachometer.
3. The device has the Measuring Instruments Directive Type Approval Certificate of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.
4. The device has CE certified.
5. Working voltage of the device: It works at 220 V 50 Hz voltage.
6. On the meter, the calibration date and time can be seen on the device screen.  
7. All data to be entered into the device can be provided via software. Data to be entered: type, license plate, model (year of manufacture, catalytic converter, etc.) of the vehicle.
8. The measurement results in the measuring devices can be saved to the computer if desired.  
9. The meter has an auto-reset feature each time it is powered on, and an optional meter can be reset by the user.  
10. Communication between the computer and the measuring units is done via RS232.  
11. Values related to the emission measurement result can be seen numerically and can be printed out.
12. The device software will be in Turkish menu.
13. According to the legislation on exhaust gas emission measurements, a "passed" or "not passed" report can be issued.
14. With measuring devices, optionally, engine speed measurements can be made with an additional apparatus if desired.
15. In the outputs provided by the measuring device, there should be both numerical values, comparison with limit values, and a representation of all the measured parameters at the time of measurement. The type of data to be displayed on the printout can be changed depending on the request of the Ministry.
16. The functional operating temperature of the measuring devices is in the range of +5 °C – +40 °C.  
17. The gas flow in the meter is a maximum of 4L/min.
18. Warranty 1 year.

EXHAUST GAS EMISSION MEASUREMENT DEVICE FOR GASOLINE ENGINE VEHICLES
 
Gas analyzer for petrol engine vehicles has the following features as a minimum:
 

1. The meter works with the INFRARED (Infrared) measurement method.
2. The measuring device has a type approval certificate.
3. Gases to be measured by gas analyzers with microprocessor technique for gasoline powered vehicles; They are CO, CO₂, HC and O2.
4. The length of the exhaust probe with its hose is 5 m.
5. Exhaust gases of gasoline, LPG, CNG, etc. motor vehicles can also be measured in the measuring device.                              

EXHAUST GAS EMISSION MEASUREMENT DEVICE FOR DIESEL ENGINE VEHICLES-SMOKE METER DEVICE
 
Gas analyzer for diesel engine vehicles shall have the following features as a minimum:  

1. The measuring device has a type approval certificate.
2. The exhaust probe with its hose has a maximum length of 6 m and resistant to temperatures up to 150° C.
